You may picture yourself - in the future - for your child’s first cake stall at school. You think… lamingtons! butterfly cakes! toffees! … recalling your own distant childhood. But never in your wildest dreams did you imagine cakes of this calibre…
What you need is a distant relative or friend named Chris! Twelve or so years of practice, sugarcraft classes and a dash of obsession brings to life delightfully creative cakes that look as good as they taste. Be sure to check out the rest of her nursery rhyme cupcakes and the Noah’s Ark Christening cake.

Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, after all, only generated $4 million — if that. More at Adage

Within a few years, though, having acquired professional and financial stability — both were litigation associates at prominent law firms — they bought a house in Cheviot Hills, an affluent neighborhood in West Los Angeles, and began remodeling and decorating.

Apologies for the lack of transmission last week, I was on a east coast road trip in Tasmania. It was a much needed holiday… from facing a computer during the working week to facing a group of kangaroos on a bush walk! I also saw a lot of wallabies, echidnas, rabbits and a variety of native birds. Tasmania has a very temperate climate, fantastic produce and a beautiful yet rugged landscape. If you’re into camping and showing your kids nature, Tasmania would make a perfect holiday destination.
